2024 Lexus TX: What To Expect So Far?

2024 Lexus TX

Some time ago, we learned that Toyota had developed a flagship crossover – dubbed the “TX” – that would probably act as an oriented rival to BMW’s X7.

But since there is already a viable option against the Bavarians and another luxury SUV, the 2024 Lexus LX, perhaps the first ‘TX’ may have a different purpose.

According to rumors eagerly envisioning the appearance of an unreleased flagship-level family-oriented premium SUV, The All-New 2024 Lexus TX could be an immediate replacement for the fourth-generation three-line version of the Lexus RX L.

And their two cents, in this case, is that it will be manufactured with the same architecture used by Toyota for its Highlander and RX models but with additional powertrain options.

We expect the 2024 Lexus TX to be a more extended version of the redesigned RX with unibody construction. It will also share the same basics as the upcoming Toyota Grand Highlander.

On the outside, Lexus designers will give some stylistic cues to set it apart from the RX, but on the inside, we’d expect the TX to be identical to the RX – except for the third row.

It will also feature a larger touchscreen, new Lexus infotainment software, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto wireless, wireless charging, various USB plugins, and many standard safety technologies.

Under the hood, we hope that Lexus keeps the TX engine lineup simple — the refreshed RX has too many options. Lexus should offer hybrid, non-hybrid, and then plugin hybrid in the future.

2024 Lexus TX Price

We expect the 2024 Lexus TX to have a base price of around $50,000. And the 2024 Lexus TX will compete with the Acura MDX, Infiniti QX60, Cadillac XT6, and Volvo XC90.
