2021 Yamaha YFZ450R SE – YFZ450R SE is the most advanced sport ATV on the market today. It combines a 449cc high-tech, fast revving, valve-titanium, injected fuel with a lightweight and professional aluminum / cast steel chassis. YFZ450R SE is ready for motocross. The weldless frame is designed from lightweight aluminum, with a tense steel frame that allows the engine to sit lower for exceptional mass centralization. Components and suspension settings reduce weight while providing sharp and sharp handling and driver comfort.

Bodywork is designed for ergonomics and great driver comfort, with more space to hang in the corner, and a soft seat shape in the right place to increase lap times. Easy-to-escape body panels without tools for service; no need to remove the battery or other components to remove the fender.
The 449cc engine uses a five-cylinder titanium valve head technology designed to produce abundant power in the mid-range to the upper end, with more “hit” feeling at idle. A higher compression ratio further improves overall engine performance.
YFZ450R SE combines Yamaha Fuel Injection for precise fuel delivery. With a large 42mm Mikuni throttle body and 12-hole injector, this system provides exceptional fuel atomization for maximum power. This system also includes ISC (Idle Speed Control) for easy and reliable starting and heating.
The assist-and-slipper clutch reduces the effort of the clutch lever to reduce fatigue while at the same time increasing the clutch plate pressure for positive binding. This clutch system also reduces the engine braking effect, which allows faster cornering, especially when downshifting.
The aggressive arrangement gives the YFZ450R SE a specially tailored display, in addition to the GYTR front handlebar to fit the unique graphics package.

The fuel injected 449cc engine has exceptional power characteristics. Power delivery is smooth and strong, with a lot of middle to upper power.
The 449cc engine uses a five valve head and titanium valve technology designed to deliver abundant power in the middle to the upper end, with more “direct” feelings not working. A high compression ratio further improves overall engine performance.

The crankcase holds a crankshaft that is ready to handle increased driver demand, and a counterweight to reduce vibration. The crankcase also holds an oil tank, which helps center the mass for unmatched handling while making maintenance easier. The camshaft has been revised to help maximize impressive engine power output from the offline to the upper end.
Body configuration allows more space for racers to move during the moto. The seats are narrow in the front, but wide and soft at the back to reduce fatigue. The wheels have been designed with rolled inner lips. This increases stiffness, allows weight reduction while maintaining strength.
The wheels are set wide motocross specs, near the 50 inch allowable maximum, for great cornering speed. Maxxis tires help provide exceptional handling and control. At 20 inches behind and 21 inches in front, they provide better ground clearance than the competition.
Large, tapered handlebar reduces vibration and is mounted on a 4-way clamp for exceptional adjustment. Two sets of holes in the handlebar crown and eccentric clamps allow the driver to choose a standard setting, 10mm or 20mm forward, or 10mm backward. Footpegs are 2.6 inches wide generous, something riders will appreciate every time they want to wake up a peg.

Aluminum and steel frames for lightweight. The frame members under the engine are steel, used for the combination of strength and low profile. This allows the overall engine to be lower for excellent mass centralization for unmatched handling. The aluminum frame is bolted together, not welded, for maximum durability.
A front frame at the A-arm mounting point. This increases the A-arm length and reduces camber changes when the suspension moves through the full range of motion.
KYB front shocks are longer for increased stroke with exceptional bump absorption and exceptional anti-bottoming characteristics, and they have a Kashima coating for smooth operation. The 9.8-inch wheel drive means the driver even reaches the most challenging tracks.
The rear swingarm is made of strong aluminum, gravity feed, and is adjusted to the KYB 46mm shock that can be fully adjusted for excellent handling. The rear wheel drive is 11.0 inches for comfort even on rough terrain.
The aggressive style gives the YFZ450R SE a special customized appearance, in addition to the GYTR front handlebar to fit the unique graphics package.
The throttle lever takes a little effort to reduce fatigue during long motos. The discrete panel on the fender in front of the driver provides important indicators of low fuel, coolant temperature, check engine and neutral gear through the LED display.
