2022 Honda CBR600RR USA
2022 Honda CBR600RR – Intended for riders who want to feel the highest connection with their motorcycle. Because the bigger the connection, the more profitable the journey.
And that’s why we strive to make our Honda CBR600RR models as good as they are. The four-in-line engine with high rotation is instantly responsive. The premium aluminum chassis and suspension precisely connect you with the highway.
2022 Honda CBR600RR
And only 600 can give you such light and sharp handling that many sports bikers find it interesting. The new graphics for 2022 make the CBR600RR look fresh, as does the new Red Tricolor Grand Prix paint scheme.
2022 Honda CBR600RR Features
Braking
RADIAL MOUNTED FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS
The CBR600RR uses a radial-mounted monoblock front brake caliper. This construction makes the caliper stiffer, and it means you get a better sense of brakes for a more linear and powerful stoppage.
Each caliper also uses four chromium-plated aluminum pistons for smooth, friction-free operation.
Wheel
With consistent rigidity and balance, this sharp-looking 12-spoke cast aluminum wheel works with forks and improves suspension feedback to provide noticeable handling improvements.
ELECTRONIC COMBINED ANTI-LOCK BRAKING (C-ABS)
The electronically controlled C-ABS distributes braking power to both wheels, helping to maintain braking confidence in less than ideal conditions.
The system electronically measures the rider’s input on the brake lever and pedals and only applies the front or rear brakes in some cases or combines the two brakes in other situations.
LINE HEADLIGHTS
The Line-beam headlights feature a two-part reflector design that uses two H7 lamps for optimal light distribution and a uniquely compact design. The result: headlights help you see better and also help make you visible to traffic.
Honda CBR600RR Techniques
FUEL TANK CENTRALLY LOCATED
The CBR600RR’s 4.8-gallon fuel tank is positioned in the center of the chassis and low on the frame. This allows for a more compact design and helps centralize the mass of the bike.
Increased mass centralization means CBR is more responsive to rider input, especially when turning the bike into a turn or standing at the exit.

Honda CBR600RR Handling
HONDA ELECTRONIC STEERING DAMPER (HESD)
Most steering dampers only detect the deflection speed of the handlebars. Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) is much more advanced.
It also detects the speed of the vehicle and adjusts the damping proportionally. It helps maintain low-speed maneuverability while providing excellent and predictable high-speed handling.
Honda MULTI-ACTION SYSTEM (HMAS) INVERTED FORK
HMAS cartridge forks have exclusive internal piston construction. The innovative design uses smaller-diameter pistons to keep oil speeds high for improved damping characteristics and a wider adjustment range.
The result: You get more precise suspension performance, especially on uneven surfaces.
PRO-LINK UNIT SUSPENSION®
By eliminating frame-mounted top shock mounts, the Pro-Link Unit® isolates the chassis from impact, resulting in more precise handling and better traction.
Developed with a Honda motorcycle that won the MotoGP championship, this is a perfect example of CBR’s superior technique.
2022 Honda CBR600RR Performance
DUAL-STAGE FUEL INJECTION
Two sets of injectors per cylinder ensure low and high rpm performance. You get an almost instantaneous high rpm response, along with great low rpm measurements and clean operation.
